Before serving as Vice Governor of San Andreas, David Phillips built a successful career in business, most notably as becoming the CEO of BurgerShot, one of the nation’s leading fast-food chains. His experience growing BurgerShot from a dying bankrupt restaurant into a nationwide brand gave him firsthand insight into entrepreneurship, job creation, and the everyday challenges faced by business owners and workers.
